Done for :iconda-speedpaint:'s SDJ-Waves
35 minutes, PS CS3.

Inspired by movies that depicted end of the world as being in a state of flood.

Ilike how the waves tower over the sky scapers, and the lines on the sky scrapers themselves give an indication that they were once a tower of power, but now humbled by a force of nature, straining over the raw power of the tide. This peice is amazing and inspiring and it almost looks 3D. I love the use of greens in the small details it gives the peice depth beyond. All in all, i think this peice is very skillful and must have taken a while to create, in your mind as well as on paper!!!! i'd love to share some comic ideas with you.

This is a great piece, the flow it has is insane. The energy shown within it really makes it stand out, the waves look like monsters!
